  Unprofessionalism at its best.
  This is the worst real estate I have ever rented through. They took almost all of our bond, They ‘apparently’ did another bond and carpet clean even though I sent through the receipts that I had it done. The invoice for the their clean doesn’t even have a phone number on it. I wish I had read these reviews before I rented through them. When I went into hand the keys back, I explained I just paid $600 to have rubbish removal from the property and someone had put a recliner chair on the front lawn thinking it would go with my things. After explaining all I got was ‘well who do you expect to pay for it’ in the rudest manner. And I continued to explain, someone from the complex across the road put the chair there, and again rudely and aggressively Jordan replies ‘I don’t even know what the complex is called’ and then proceeded to snatch the keys from my hand and basically throw the piece of paper at me to sign. He is extremely rude and unprofessional and I would never deal with him if I were you. I couldn’t even give 1 star for these people.
